Easel Card with Tilda

Oto moja pierwsza Easel Card i pierwsza Tilda, którą pomalowałam copikami - niestety, w ferworze zabawy zapomniałam o pilnowaniu numerów kolorów, a kiedy skończyłam malowanie, wszystkie copiki (poza czarnym) leżały porozrzucane dookoła...

Stempelek to oczywiście Tilda With A Bunch Of Roses, do tego trochę wycinek z Cricuta (kółko z falbanką i motyle), punchery (EK Success Whale of a Punch Photo Corner Fancy, Martha Stewart Crafts Punch Edger Doily, Woodware Grass, McGill Pine Branch) oraz distressy (Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Vintage Photo). Wycięłam obrazek i dodałam trochę kwiatków Primy, różyczek, kilka perełek (E Line Pearls and Crystals) oraz wstążkę.

It should be spring here with a lot of sun, flowers and colors but instead of that it’s cold, rainy and gloomy… Even forsythias are too shy to bloom with yellow flowers. And I’ve got a cold! Maybe I should be happy staying at home but not with a terrible headache and my nose streaming all the time. Fortunately, I’ve felt better this morning and finally I was able to finish a card that I had started before Easters.
It’s my first Easel Card and it’s also the first stamped image that I colored with copic markers. Unfortunately, I didn’t pay attention what colors I used and at the end of my work all markers were scattered around the room.
For my card I used Tilda With A Bunch Of Roses Stamp, Cricut (scalloped circle and butterflies), punches (EK Success Whale of a Punch Photo Corner Fancy, Martha Stewart Crafts Punch Edger Doily, Woodware Grass, McGill Pine Branch) and distress inks (Mustard Seed, Spiced Marmalade, Vintage Photo), I cut the image out and added Prima flowers, some pearls (from E Line Pearls and Crystals) and ribbon. It doesn’t look too bad as for the first time, does it :)? I made this card for my colleague at work – a wonderful, warm and friendly girl who needs more fun and smile, especially on her name-day. I do hope she’ll enjoy the gift. I’m also going to give her our favorite sweets – we both are addicted to chocolate, as it helps us to survive at work ;)

Thank you for your warm words. I'm happy that you liked this card, despite a mouth I put on my Tilda :) I know that most people don't do that, but I prefer adding a smile on her face, because without it Tilda seems to be so sad, even as if she was afraid of something...

I truly love the mix of papers and colors on this card! Gorgeous! I'm not a big one for Tilda to have a mouth because I love the whole concept behind the no mouth thing, but she's beautiful! I really love your design and papers! Gorgeous work!
